• Description 1) Respond to Customs trace agents inquiries and communicate with the brokers for feedback 2) Monitor and measures all airport activates and service levels 3) Dealing with customs authority for different aspects and requirements rolls & regulations 4) Dealing with customers or brokers and Evaluate the needed paperworks for custom clearing process 5) Respond and communicate to inbound and outbound gateways 6) Dealing with airlines carriers for line-hull rates, activates and commitments 7) Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up and worked resolutions. 8) Document and escalate any custom issues related to customs clearance or service errors. 9) Work with superiors to improve productivity, manage workload of team and Monitor work schedules. 10) arrange and update departments reports as well as custom daily functions communications to other departments 11) Provides information to new-hires on the company policies and work/department procedures. 12) Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with the team members, as well as cross functionally 13) Meeting customers at airport in rush hours or in the case of staff shortage or emergencies. 14) Responsible for filling all administration documents of airport department. 15) Any other relevant tasks assigned by the line manager
  Qualifications University Degree. Preferred AAST Students
