• Kanawat for trading and distribution is looking forward for hiring Female Receptionist responsible for:
  1-Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  2-Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  3-Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
  4-Monitoring the office incoming/outgoing Mail, and taking action when necessary to ensure accuracy and punctuality in circulating mail , Maintains reception area neat and quit by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• 5-Maintains smooth work flow among different departments and follow up with documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  6- Keeping records and files on different correspondence.
  7- Handle HR Department visitors and phone interview schedule.
  8-Developing agendas for meetings, attending the meetings as directed and recording the minutes, prepare correspondence and documents
  9- Update databases, organize mailings, prepare and maintain spreadsheets, schedule and follow up on appointments
• Job Specification:
  Gender : Female Only.
  • Age (Years): 22-26.
  • Experience: 6 Months till 1 year in admin, customer service or related field.
  • Education: a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Good Command in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure to handle visitor’s issues.
  • Good Communication skills and able to handle work among different departments.
  • Good Command in MS Office ( Word , Excel )
  • Preferably living in Nasr City or nearby.-
