• A leading Travel Agency located in Heliopolis is seeking to hire :
  1: (Ticketing Agent) Code : NHT-T
  preferable Nasr city or Heliopolis residences
  Qualifications/ Job Requirements:
• University degree
  • Fully aware of reservation through Amadeus System (experience 1-2 years)
  • Issue, reissue, re-validation and refund tickets on Amadeus
  • Have experience with reservations groups domestic and international
  • Interpersonal ability and telephone skills.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Make deals with airlines to open links
  • Follow the BSP
  • Cairo Residence is MUST
• 2- (Marketing specialist) Code : NHT-M (experience 1 -2 years)
  preferable Nasr city or Heliopolis residences
  Qualifications/ Job Requirements:
  University degree
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
  • Experience in on-line communication and / or E-marketing.
  • Knowledge in online/web marketing trends
  • Extensive use and management of Internet,
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and required targets
  Responsibilities:
  – Handling Outdoor meetings to sell packages
  -Marketing and selling tour packages in the social networking channels
  – creating and updating content on social networks, blogs, etc.
  – Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to travel and tours requests.
  – Provide feedback to the management.
• 3: (Airport Representative) Code : NHT-R (experience 1 -2 years)
  preferable Nasr city or Heliopolis residences
  Qualifications/ Job Requirements:
  University degree
  • Plan, co-ordinate and prepare all pre-client arrival documentation such as name boards, visas/documents, welcome packs etc. to ensure that passengers are met and assisted in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet and assist group or individuals to the hotels from Airport and finishing their officer immigrations
  • Managing Clients Problem at airport like lost passports and Luggage And any other issues
  • Escorting guests to their accommodation.
  • Accompanying the Group during sightseeing Tour. arranging with the foreign Tour leader and Guide the sightseeing visits and meals to guarantee Excellent services for guests
  • Cairo Residence is MUST
