3. Urgently needed Call Center Agent:
4. – Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.
   – Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
   – Resolve customer complaints received via phone, email, or social media.
   – Update customer’s data.
   Years of experience: 1-3 Years
   Location: Sheraton Heliopolis
   Salary Range: 2000 – 2500 L.E.
